项目方质押和排名：项目方可通过质押 RXT 代币，将其项目排入平台的推荐系统，质押量越大，项目在推荐系统中的排名越高，从而提高其在投资者中的曝光度。

手续费支付：投资者在参与 Rocket-X 平台上的项目时，需要支付一定比例的手续费，手续费根据不同项目的属性从 2% 到 10% 不等，且可通过 RXT 支付。
