• 用户在提取挖矿收益时，需要支付 10% 的手续费。

• 其中 50% 将用于销毁 RXT，减少市场供给，稳定代币价值。

• 剩余 50% 将用于 N5 及以上等级的节点分红，回馈高等级节点持有者，进一步激励节点的长期参与。
